Globachem has completed the acquisition of the R&D capabilities of Redag Crop Protection in the United Kingdom through an asset deal. With this Globachem strengthens its rapidly growing development.

Globachem Discovery, the new name of the acquired company, will significantly increase the capabilities of the Globachem Group in the field of research and development. The highly skilled and experienced team devises and synthesizes innovative molecules, which will subsequently be further developed within Globachem R&D into high-performance plant protection products.
