Olon is pleased to announce the appointment of Roberta Pachera as Vice President of CDMO Small Molecules and Global Key Account Division. The appointment is effective from the 12th of September.

Roberta joins Olon with two decades of experience in the global pharmaceutical industry, including senior positions at GlaxoSmithKline, Aptuit, and F.I.S.

She also brings a wealth of international experience, having previously held roles in US and UK. Most recently Roberta served as VP, Global Head of Custom Synthesis at PharmaZell Group.

Over her professional pathway, Roberta has implemented commercial strategies for international markets, she has created opportunities in the pharma market that have developed the CDMO business while expanding the baseline client. She has developed strong operational competencies covering multiple responsibilities within the Chemical Development Organization.

Roberta takes over the leadership CDMO Small Molecules and Global Key Accounts to lead the continuous expansion and growth of the Group, pursuing new business opportunities in the CDMO pharma space. The business unit, relying on one of the broadest and deep expertise in the chemical synthesis process, oversees developing new business opportunities based on chemistry process manufacturing further than running the ongoing projects.

Roberta has a University Degree in Organic Chemistry at the University of Bologna and has successfully concluded a degree at CUOA Business School in collaboration with the School of Management, University of Michigan.
