Bradford-based concrete admixtures specialist Oscrete has completed the acquisition of Irish distributor Adcrete Ltd. Adcrete Ltd is the sole distributor of Oscrete products in Ireland and Northern Ireland and, since its set up in 2016, has established a reputation for providing innovation, experience and first-class partnering to the precast concrete, ready-mix and ready-to-use mortar industries.

 

The purchase, which sees Oscrete secure the majority share of the company, will allow the additives specialist to further develop its activities in Ireland where it is building a strong presence.
